eFlex CMS gives you complete control over the content of your Website, and the users assigned to edit your site. As a site administrator, eFlex offers the ability to assign highly specified roles within the CMS to manage the editing privileges of all users.
Users can be authorized to “edit and publish” content on the Website, or restricted to an “edit only” role that would require any modifications they make to be reviewed by an authorized site administrator before publishing to the Website. “Read only” users can also be assigned to review content updates, without permission to edit or publish. Or for a greater degree of control, users can be assigned to “edit and publish” or “edit only” roles for specified regions in the site.
